The flickering is just ethenet of several symptoms. Are you using the onboard or a PCIe card attached??? I can suggest something. If I can’t get it to work, I’ll try Ubuntu server instead.
Products may not be available in all markets. I will never use them. And over the years I have learned that onboard graphics will cause these exact issues. The same tests work fine on my other computers.
I have no idea what this was supposed to be. Finally, though I am with seahawks65 in that we do whatever works for us if we require a system with no issues.

Along with Intel sockets and processors. Ethednet managed to “fix” the coprocessor item by letting device manager search inside the Asus-provided chipset driver package. I have other machines for gaming, etc.

I should mention etherney I have a fresh install of build I’ve read that the flickering is common on old chips running Windows 10, so I’ll think on this a while.
I will avoid nVidia at all costs. I also had a USB item that I simply disabled. If I try to update the video driver from here, it just seems to reinstall the bad GeForce driver again, so again is forced to revert to the Basic driver after flickering for a while. Never an issue except on Vista using onboard graphics.
